Lately Thomas loves to sing "Patty Cake, Patty Cake." He puts it in the oven for Mama and Thomas....sweet boy! On Wednesday we decided to bake cupcakes when Thomas woke up from his nap. He was so excited to help Mama cook....we have gotten lots of use out of our kitchen stool. We made strawberry cupcakes...someone liked to lick the beaters and maybe wear a little batter too!
While our cupcakes were baking, we played outside in the gorgeous weather. Thomas has the most fun in his car, especially when someone pushes him really fast!

Then we came back inside to ice our cupcakes....still wearing our cool glasses, of course. Thomas got to ice his own cupcake and ate it right away. We haven't mastered the concept of waiting until after dinner for our dessert....oh well, life is too short and I've always thought dessert should come first while you still have room in your tummy!
"Tada!" as Thomas would say. Cute idea from Pinterest! When you ask Thomas who made the cupcakes, he very proudly says, "Mama and Thomas!" My little Baker's Man.
