October - Gone in a Flash!

Is it really the last week of October? Where has this year gone? We have had a busy month so I will try to catch up in one post with lots of pictures!

We celebrated Harris's 2nd birthday. These two are great buds!

We had some days of cold weather so Henry was bundled up on his walks. Mattie likes to take him for a stroll on the days she keeps him and he loves to be outside!

Look who is sitting up now. He is so proud of himself!

My little pumpkin!

My college roommate, Jen, got married in Charlotte. I met my other good friend, Laura, over there and we had a great weekend catching up and celebrating!

It's fall, so that means it's football time! We have been watching, playing or talking about football non-stop lately. Everyone gets in on the action!

Last week, Thomas had farmer day at school. We broke out all of the John Deere stuff because that's what "real farmers" wear, of course!

All bundled up at the park. 50 to 60 degrees and this Mama is COLD!

My boys at Thomas's last soccer game.

They got to wear their costumes and go "trunk or treating" from the back of each coach's car after the game. Such a cute idea! Thomas is a fierce Ninja Turtle.

And so proud of his first trophy.

On Saturday, we went to Cedar Hills Farm. We had a great time and enjoyed spending time together. Thomas and Patrick rode the "John Deere Train." We were there before the crowds so they went around 3 times. Thomas was so excited!

Family picture at the pig races.

Henry got to swing while Thomas played on the playground.

Those eyes...they still get me every time.

Sliding down the bid tunnel slide.

The Joys were there this year too. Thomas and Charlie had fun playing on the haystack.

Happy boy!

Pickin' some pumpkins!

It's Fall Y'all!

Poor Henry is getting his first tooth and little guy can hardly sleep because it is bothering him so badly. He chews on everything and drools constantly. I ordered this Sophie teething toy and he loves it.

Patrick was in Omaha for work most of the week. We missed him so much but Henry didn't mind filling his place in bed. He might have been a little bummed that Daddy came home and sent him back to his crib. Mommy was tired, baby didn't want to sleep so I gave in. He sleeps so well in our bed....

On Friday morning, we went walking and to the park with the Stines. We have done this the last 3 Fridays and it has been so much fun. Henry loves the swing.

Harris and Thomas have a great time playing together. Harris calls Thomas "A-Ta" and Thomas loves that he has a nickname.  We met Helene for lunch after playing and these two were still being silly. They were playing football and had to fall and roll around on the ground when they were tackled. Boys....I will never understand!

These two LOVE Miss Helene. Won't listen to what their Mommies say but will listen to Miss Helene always.

A walk on a beautiful fall day.

Henry turned 5 months on Tuesday. Still the happiest of babies despite some tummy issues and those bothersome teeth.

Had to include the picture of him chewing because he spends most of his day doing just this.

On Friday, Thomas had another soccer game. Mimi and Tino came to watch. Of course, Henry was cheering Thomas on too! They watched the boys that night so we could go to dinner. So nice to have a few hours to ourselves!

Thomas got the stomach bug Friday night/Saturday so we laid low. No one else caught it which is a miracle!

On Sunday afternoon, we ventured to the pumpkin patch at Second Baptist. Henry was not so sure. It was nice to enjoy the pretty weather though!

Love this picture. This is Thomas before we went to the grocery store this morning. He is such a UGA fan...he really does bleed red and black already. He looks so "fratty" in this picture and he's only 3.....I think this is just a glimpse of the rest of his life. ;)
