Yesterday we went to the Dixon Easter Egg hunt. The first of many this year...Thomas should be an egg hunting expert by the time Easter morning rolls around. It was a yucky day...cold and cloudy, but no rain!
Ready to get some candy! Please notice the frog rain boots...we were ready for the mud!
Thomas was so excited when he saw the Easter Bunny...ran straight for him but was a little hesitant when it was actually his turn to talk to the bunny.
They had a table for coloring so we were right at home. BooBoo came with us so she helped Thomas color his pretty picture.
Then BooBoo was being silly behind the camera!
Daddy bent down to help color too!
Hunt time....Thomas would pick up the eggs by himself but wouldn't hold his basket.
He needed both hands to immediately open the egg to see what candy was inside.....
And taste it to make sure it was yummy.
Caroline came too. Lisa is Caroline's senior this year. I cannot believe how old these two are...Caroline is almost in first grade and Lisa will be in college next year. Wow, I'm old.
Baby Harris got to meet the Easter Bunny too. He was so cute all bundled up for the chilly day. Thomas was too busy eating carrots and pretzels to join in the picture.
