This post is almost 2 months late but we have been busy this summer and I'm just getting caught up on the highlights!
This cutie turned 5 on June 10th. It hardly seems possible! He wanted a bike for his birthday so we took a trip to Toys-R-Us, and he picked out this cool Captain America bike.
He couldn't wait to try it out once we got home.
Even Daddy had to take a spin! Everyone thought this was really funny!
Papa made us homemade strawberry ice cream. Yummy!
The next day, we had his "basketball swim party."
I found a floating basketball goal, and Thomas loved it!
Birthday boy was as happy as a clam.
Sweet Helene and baby Eleanor came to help us celebrate.
After lunch, we had cake and ice cream. Thomas helped me design his cake by looking through lots of pictures on Pinterest. He was so proud.
Tino and Henry had lots of fun too!

The Hesters came in town to help us celebrate. We loved getting to play with cute Jane!
