2013 - A Look Back at the Memories!

It has been so much fun looking back over the pictures from 2013. I picked some of my favorites so we could remember the moments of the year all in one place.

 

We started off 2013 celebrating my 30th birthday in Boca Raton. Can we go back right now?

 

 

Then Sesame Street Live came to town...

 

The Walkers spent Easter in Memphis with us this year.

 

Baby Jane was born in April, and I got to spend the weekend cuddling with her in May.

 

And we continued to work on our attitude....

 

I got a new car in May!!

 

And we made a few changes around the house...

 

Our sweet Thomas turned 2 in June and we celebrated with a music birthday party.

 

And Grandmother came to help us celebrate.

 

Our first school birthday party.

 

I snuck away for a girls' beach trip in June to celebrate Laura's 30th birthday.

 

Then we headed back to the beach with the Walker's for the 4th of July.

 

Thomas enjoyed the lake and continued to work on that attitude...

 

Thomas and Charlie played and swam a lot this summer.

 

 

Thomas played his first few holes of golf at the MCC.

 

And Thomas started K-2 at Emmanuel.

 

September was extra-special....we found out we were having another baby! Then we went to visit Nana and Papa. Thomas swam,

 

and drove the tractor,

 

and went to his first UGA football game!

 

 

We went to Nashville for the Vanderbilt v. UGA game and celebrated Patrick's birthday.

 

We went to the pumpkin patch/farm with the Joys.

 

Our favorite photographer, Jen Howell, took some great pictures of our family in October.

 

 

A glimpse of that attitude...

 

Mimi and Tino dressed up for Halloween along with our little baseball player.

 

In November, we went to visit BooBoo at Auburn.

 

In November, we found out baby #2 is a BOY! Henry will be here in May.

 

 

And celebrated Thanksgiving in Georgia this year.

 

 

EUMK had a sweet Christmas party.

 

 

We had a great time at the MCC Children's Christmas party as always.

 

And a Christmas miracle occurred...Thomas happily sat on Santa's lap!

Santa came!

 

 

And I turned another year older.

 

Throughout the whole year, this sweet little boy brought us more joy than I could ever imagine. We had a great year and some big changes - BooBoo went to college, a new school for Thomas, a new job for me, a new baby on the way, and a big boy room for Thomas.

 

 

2014 will bring its own joys and changes as we become a family of four and Thomas becomes a big brother. So much to be thankful for in 2013 and so much to look forward to in 2014!
